On some of the days in the laboratory the artist went for a '160 Steps' walk and collected as much trash as her hands sometimes a bag could carry. Out of the material this site-specific installation was built.

Thoughts of the artist through the process:

-Smoking is really bad for your health but especially for our environment (related to the thousands of cigarette packages she found).

-The masks didnt do our planet a favor.

-I think we are still 160 steps away from saving our planet but we are on the right track.

-Now I see why we eat one credit card a week (related to the unconscious consumption of 5 gramms of micro plastic every single week). 

- Sunday there is less trash on the street (people inculded).

-Often the products carry names related to nature like 'Waldmeister' and 'Waldkauz', 'Das Beste aus der Natur'
